In this practice, the patients' emotional and spiritual needs are as important as the physical—and all three are addressed. DEC 2008 – Dr. Roper applied for interview with White House Medical Unit as Physician to President Barack Obama. He is receiving support in many states through a nucleus support group, "TEAM ROPER" via an email campaign for congressional support. NOV 2008 – Dr. Brian Roper becomes the Medical Director of the Isaac R. Hughes, Jr. Senior Health Care Clinic. The clinic will operate out of the Asbury Park Housing Authority’s Lumley Homes building at 1004 Comstock Street. The clinic, which will be open Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, from 8:30 a.m. to noon, will cater to the elderly and disabled who are residents of Asbury Park Housing Authority buildings.
